"Buying
abroad was not something we had thought about previously but I have
to say that Select Estates made the whole process easy and
enjoyable. It started with the Web site, which not only gave good
advice but also allowed us to review properties based on a selection
criteria. I was then able to identify potential properties and was
supplied with further details.We then
visited North Cyprus and on arrival at our Hotel we collected a full
pack with the properties we were to view. The service was very
personal and honest. What was very pleasing was that Cenap
understood why we wanted a property and supplied very honest views
on our assumptions, so much so that we did change our mind as to the
type of property that was best for our family.
The most pleasing aspect was the lack of any pressure selling. On
both days we broke off for lunch and we were left alone, this
allowed time to reflect on the properties we had viewed and which

When we came down to the decision again there was a total lack of
pressure, we could have walked away and he would have wished us
well. The arrangements were very straight forward, again with no
complications around financial deals or structures.
Since the visit we have been in regular contact via e-mail and all
of the team understand where we are in the process and are happy to
help, even going so far as visiting the villa to keep us supplied
with photos on progress. And not forgetting the office,
air-conditioned and plenty of cold water, a very pleasant diversion
